Recipes To Mix And Prepare Absinthe
What To Use Instead Of Water
Everyone knows the historic louche method of absinthe preparation. But did you know there are also mixed drinks you can make with your verte and blanche absinthe? After surveying my fellow absintheurs for their favorite recipes, I have a list of some of the best combinations I could find. Compiling my recipe list was extremely taxing as I had to sample each and every one and I look forward to the next round of taste tests.
I must emphasize, absinthe is an extremely powerful liquor and should always be enjoyed in moderation. So, put away your fountain, glasses and spoons and check out this list of absinthe cocktails. Which one sounds good to you?
